Somatic Bodywork
---- I warmly welcome all people regardless of their sexual and romantic orientation, gender identity, relationship dynamics, sexual preferences, physical ability, ethnicity, or religion and beliefs.
My approach takes into account the diversity of human experiences, including unconventional relational dynamics (polyamory, throuple, open relationship, chosen celibacy, relational anarchy, etc.) and alternative sexual practices (tantra, BDSM, libertinism, fetishism, positive sexuality, etc.). ----
Somatic Coaching in Sexualities and Intimacy
Sexological Intimacy coaches (CSI) are professionals who support individuals, couples and groups in their exploration and intimate and sexual development.
They support them in their own learning about their body, their limits, their resources, the self-regulation of their nervous system, in learning about their own erotic development, their sex and their sexuality(ies), and/or in resolving sexual problems or concerns, as well as in finding a deep connection with their body and refining their sensory perception.
Their approach integrates bodily, emotional and relational dimensions to help their clients develop a deeper connection with themselves, their partners and those around them.
Sessions are client-centered and co-created within an ethical framework, with an emphasis on education, freedom and empowerment.
Somatic coaching is distinguished by its integrative approach which considers the body as an essential source of wisdom and knowledge.
Somatic modalities may include:
- breathwork
- body focusing and body poem
- body scans
- conscious self-touch practices
- movement and dance
- learning and embodying somatic consent - your authentic yes and no
- space and distance exploration
- exploration and communication of desires and limits
- remediation of scar tissue (emotional and physical scars)
- awareness and mapping of the body, genitals and anus
- conscious self-pleasure coaching

Online coaching
Coaching by video consultation
Thanks to technology, somatic coaching can now be done remotely. It is not limited to touch; it is about learning to feel your body differently and reconnecting with your visceral sensations. This exploration can be done in a deep and effective way, from the comfort of your home.
Ethical Framework and Distinction between CSI and Psychotherapy
Currently in training with the Institute for Relational Harmony Studies, I refer to the code of ethics of the ACSB (Association for Certified Sexological Bodyworker) https://sexologicalbodyworkers.org/ethics .
This ethical framework helps clarify the boundaries of our work and its intentionality, it provides transparency and clear guidance. We can be held accountable.
This is especially important when we work with consent, intimacy and sexuality, some of the most tender aspects of our human experience.
This professional reference framework applies to my work as a Sexological Intimacy Coach in training. It is a distinct practice, not to be confused with psychotherapy. Having different ethical and deontological frameworks in my various activities, I do not currently receive patients or former patients in CSI (whether in private sessions or in workshops). I also do not receive clients or former clients in CSI for psychotherapy. However, I can happily redirect you to colleagues.
